Books From Seminary

As Matt and I read different Christian books here at Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, I thought that it would be a good idea to share with you some of our favorite reads; just in case you are looking for a good book.  All these book titles will either be from Matt's Seminary classes, or my Seminary Wives Institute Classes.  Enjoy!

This is a great book that I read in my Essential I class in SWI (Seminary Wives Institute).  This book gives great practical advice for wives in the ministry with their husbands.  It was easy to understand and it challenged me to constantly be learning more and more about the ministry so that I can be an asset to my husband's future ministry.  

I'm still in the process of finishing this book, but it has so much great advice for women who are going to be or are already in the ministry with their husbands.  

Matt has read this book for his Spiritual Disciplines class with Dr. Whitney.  We read some of the chapters together, and I can say that this is an amazing book that will help you to deepen your Spiritual Disciplines in your life.  This book is written for men and women, and I can't wait to take this class in SWI so that I can completely read this book.  

Matt thoroughly enjoyed reading this book for his Spiritual Disciplines Class.  This Biography on George Muller will definitely challenge you to rethink how much faith you really have.
